The ideal candidate must:
- Have at least 5 years experience with infants and toddlers. (familiar with nap schedules, sleep-training, age appropriate play, and feeding, toddler tantrums/moods, etc.)
- Must be okay with small dogs. We have three small shih tzhus. You don't need to care for them, just be okay to let them in/out the backyard and not scared. They're very friendly.
- Comfortable with helping out around the house (when possible).
- comfortable with outings to the park, library, play dates, tot time, etc.
The ideal candidate will also have:
- background in ECE!
- pro at handling temper tantrums
- familiar with some tenets of gentle parenting (followed very loosely in the house).
- willing to organize crafts and activities, read books.
