Looking for a full-time nanny for our 2 sons, aged 1 and 2.

The ideal candidate must:
- Have at least 5 years experience with infants and toddlers. (familiar with nap schedules, sleep-training, age appropriate play, and feeding, toddler tantrums/moods, etc.)

- Must be okay with small dogs. We have three small shih tzhus. You don't need to care for them, just be okay to let them in/out the backyard and not scared. They're very friendly.
