Ideally, we would be interested in a nanny share. One of us works from home several days a week while the other goes in office. We are open to hosting several days a week and traveling to another home a few days a week as well.
We would need a nannny that is available Monday - Friday from 8:30am-5pm. Responsibilities would include general care (diaper changes, etc.), meal preparation and feeding, cleaning of baby items (high chair, bottles, etc), organized play with a Montessori approach, and some outdoor time.

A little bit about us
- Baby girl is 2 months old and already has a spunky and curious personality. We're excited for her to hopefully be able to engage and learn with new people and children with a nanny share.
- We are a young couple that is passionate about our careers. We both work full time in higher education communications and the food/agriculture industry. I (mom) also take classes at UT Austin in my free time.
- We have two energetic and playful pups that are important members of our family.
What we are looking for:
- A nanny share with a child or children similar in age to our daughter.
- A full-time position (M-F 9-5) would be ideal, but we are flexible and could make a part-time situation work.
- We are happy to host or co-host the nanny share at our home so long as the nanny and children are comfortable with pets.
- Responsibilities to include general baby care (feedings, diaper changes, etc.), age-appropriate activities, minimal housekeeping (cleaning up after baby,) and letting the pups out for potty breaks.
- Nanny and families involved in the nanny share should be fully vaccinated for flu, TDAP and COVID-19.
- Pay: $10-15 per hour, per child for nanny share or $15-18 per hour if we go solo.
We are hopeful to find a loving and caring nanny for our girl along with families who have similar values and expectations - please let us know if you are interested!
