The primary responsibilities of this role will include ensuring that my children are awake, prepared, and ready for school and daycare in the mornings. Additionally, the nanny will be expected to pick them up from daycare, prepare their meals, and facilitate their nightly routine, ensuring they are settled for bed.
Key duties and requirements for the position are as follows:
1. Drop-off and Pick-up: Safely transporting the children to and from school and daycare.
2. Meal Preparation: Preparing nutritious meals and snacks for the children, considering any dietary restrictions or preferences.
3. Daily Routine: Assisting with the children's morning routine, ensuring they are appropriately dressed and ready for the day. Facilitating a consistent and structured routine in the evenings, including activities, homework, and bath time.
4. Safety and Well-being: Maintaining a safe and secure environment for the children at all times. Being attentive to their needs and providing emotional support when required.
5. Communication: Keeping open lines of communication with parents and updating them on any noteworthy events, activities, or concerns.
The ideal candidate for this position should have proven experience in caring for children, preferably with formal training or certifications in infant and child CPR and first aid. Punctuality, reliability, and a genuine love for children are essential qualities we are looking for in a nanny.
The position will require availability on weekdays, varying according to my travel schedule. Compensation will be provided based on experience and the agreed-upon terms.
