A little bit about us
We have a wonderful and lovely 3-year-oold boy who loves dinosaurs, trucks, playing outside, and reading. We are looking for a nanny that is ready to be active, patient, and responsible. We also have a 5-month-old daughter that we may on occasion need the person to supervise, but at no point will you be managing both children.
As an educator, I care deeply that my son is learning. We really want someone that is willing to work with him on numbers, colors, letters, and sounds. And we would love to have Spanish immersion included, if possible. My wife works in mental health, and she cares deeply about gentle parenting and ensuring our son is emotionally intelligent and nurtured appropriately. Since she works from home, you’ll have her nearby most of the time. Much of the work will be playing with Finn, cleaning up his toys, changing a diaper if needed, and keeping him fed and safe.
Our son does attend a part-time pre-school, so we need someone on Mondays (9-4), Tuesdays (9-4), Wednesdays (12-4), and Thursdays (9-4), at approximately $20 an hour.
We are looking forward to finding a wonderful person to care for our precious little man.

My husband and I are both first responders and hold odd hours of work during the week (although consistent). Our nanny would likely have to be available Wednesday-Friday (3days) from 1pm until 11pm (10 hours).
