One baby boy. I work from home most days, but have to be out of the house sometimes and my husband works in DC. We have one dog. Care would include changing diapers, putting him down for naps, developmentally appropriate activities during his wake windows, taking him for walks, etc. This would change as he grows and starts to eat solid foods, starts to crawl and learn to walk, etc.

I have a premature infant who should really stay out of daycare at least for his first year to make sure he’s not being exposed to too many illnesses this first year. My husband and I are currently planning to be home with him for a while yet, but then we anticipate going into the office most days and would like a nanny to be here with him M-F 8AM to 5 or 6:30 depending on the day. We might ask for some driving to doctor appointments if needed and for some care of the pets - 2 dogs and 2 cats, but really just to let the dogs out into the fenced back yard a few times during the day.
