A little bit about us
We look for a family with no pets or babies can be taken care of in our home. We're ok with either way. I work from home 2 days a week. My husband work from home 4 days a week. We'll make sure there would be always one person working from home any day if babies are cared in our home. We have a townhome and there's a playground in our neighborhood with only 3 min walking distance.
We're looking for weekdays 7:30 - 5:30 child care.

Our 3 year old attends a half-day preschool program M-F, so you will be with our 11 month old from 9-1 pm and then both children from 1-5 pm. Both children still nap and my wife works from home, so she will be upstairs and will nurse our infant before she is fed solids. The oldest is potty trained.
If you enjoy working with young children and have the necessary experience, we’d love to hear from you!

We are looking for a kind, fun and extremely reliable babysitter for 2 brothers in Alexandria. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who is willing to drive to pick up child from school, and enjoys time outside. We live close by several playgrounds and parks where our kids spend most of the afternoon with friends. Very nice community of parents and other caregivers to socialize with there too. Private parking space provided. Covid vaccinated and boosted please.

The person should be vaccinated and covid cautious. We would like the nanny to wear a mask and practice hand washing until both my husband and I are fully vaccinated.
Our 5 year old has a lot of energy so we would like daily park visits, walks, trips to the pool etc. In home reading, and practicing in his pre-kindergarten books. Sitting in his room with him while he plays video games. Light clean up after our son and snack prep/heating up his meals will be needed.
Our son has ADHD and ODD, so he has a lot of energy and loses focus quickly but mostly just needs the attention to be on him. At times he may have a meltdown and yell or scream. These are things we are working with him on and will fully go over with the nanny. We just moved back to the area so we are working on getting a therapist in place as well.
Basically we are looking for someone that can be present and engage with him while my husband and I work, run errands and do other things as needed. Someone with experience is required and we will also do a background check.
I speak spanish, however some english is needed as my husband does not speak spanish.
Nothing else is required of the nanny except what is mentioned above. We are looking to start off with $15 an hour.
