My partner works 90% from home and I WFH occasionally, but we need someone to care for our girl so we can get some real work done. Just the normal stuff for a toddler, playing around, reading, feeding, diapers, napping, making sure she doesn't hurt herself, cleaning up after. We have a medium sized dog who's very friendly.
We really need someone *RELIABLE* who isn't going to have their schedule suddenly change on them.

We also need a sitter for occasional dates nights, evenings we need to work late, weekend outings etc. If all goes well we would love to find someone we could bring with us on family vacations.
We expect only housework associated with the kids. This would include things like cleaning up their meal dishes and tidying play areas after you use them.
Our toddler loves to go places like the children's museum and science center. We will provide passes for all of these outings.
My husband and I are easy to get along with and our kids are a lot of fun. I'm hoping to build a working environment where our nanny can feel comfortable and valued.
