Dad works from home and has taken care of him during the day up until now. Mom is at work during the day, but occasionally home during lunch.
Since baby's getting older we're looking for some help to free up a bit of time for dad's work on weekday afternoons (estimating M-F, 1-5pm-ish). Schedule is definitely flexible.
We have two dogs, so Nanny needs to be ok with them - no pet care required though, just taking care of baby!
