Paid Vacation: Two weeks (one week chosen by us)

This is a long-term position for the right candidate. Mom prefers a nanny to grow with the child for several years. Ideally someone who can assist with household responsibilities, light housekeeping, running errands, transportation and child care. Mom requires a proactive, intuitive, confident professional to engage, nurture and enrich their child's life.
You must have a track record of being reliable, responsible, a strong work ethic, high integrity, trustworthiness, organization, and willing to support the parent values. The nanny should be decisive, intelligent, patient, warm, and nurturing.
Responsibilities:
-Create a stimulating, nurturing, and safe environment
-Light housekeeping
-Meal preparation
-Child’s laundry
-Organizational skills to (child’s areas only)
-Transportation from school to activities and home (car is required)
-Provide lovingly set boundaries and daily routines, collaborating with parent
-Get child ready for bath & for bed, lay out clothes & repack the backpack
-Communicating with parent about school notes, schedules and activities
-Keeping track of supplies
-Encourage age appropriate developmental activities
-Provide opportunities for structured and unstructured play
-Reading, arts & crafts Schedule:
Start Date: ASAP
Full-time/Live-out, Monday-Friday 12pm-7pm, 35-40 hours per week
Occasional nights and weekends as needed
Requirements:
-2-4+ years of childcare experience (ideally in a private home)
-Experienced with school age kids
-Fluent in English & Spanish
-Proper documentation to work in the U.S.
-Minimum High School, College preferred
