A little bit about us
We have a one month old baby girl and a 20 month toddler who has been under the care of a nanny since she was 4 months old. Our current nanny is pregnant and will be leaving us in late June, so we are ideally looking for someone to overlap with her to learn our routines and get to know our family.
We are a kind, fun, young family looking for someone who enjoys playing with, engaging, and finding the humor in helping us raise our girls. Our toddler is very silly, playful, sassy, and sweet. She loves music, reading, dancing, and being a big sister. Our baby loves breast milk, clean diapers, tummy time, sleeping, and cuddles from her big sister.
Ideal Hours/Schedule: We both work from home (part-time for one of us and full-time for the other) and we are looking for a nanny to work a consistent schedule Monday - Thursday (~8 hours, ideally starting by 8 AM and ending around 4 PM). We can be more flexible with Fridays but will at least need 4-5 hours consistently from the morning through mid-afternoon. We are open to talking through the exact schedule and hours but do want to provide our girls with consistency. Comfort with parents working from home is a must. We also expect some light housekeeping (cleaning and putting away dishes, cleaning up after the kids, making crib beds, folding kids laundry, etc.)

50 hours per week. I have 2 kittens. Jack loves going to the park. And once we work on how the routines of feeding him, napping him and getting his energy out, it’s should work out. I’m very soft spoken and sweet to him because he responds best with love. If you’ve worked with children with special needs you would probably be a good fit for us.
