A little bit about us

Meet Rowan, she is a new born looking for a loving but structure oriented person to help her grow. She was born a tiny peanut - only 5 lbs 6 oz, but that doesn't mean she's to be ignored. She appreciates cuddle and story time - and if you are lucky will flash a dimpled grin at you.

We are both full time working parents who would need a 40 hour a week nanny arrangement. We are happy to host or share hosting duties with another family whose child is of similar age.

Our ideal nanny would be supportive of establishing and providing consistency for sleep/eat/play schedules, familiar with baby lead weaning, and the use of baby sign language for early communication.

A little bit about us

My husband and I are currently expecting our first child in January 2024. I anticipate we'll need a nanny by May 2024 after our parental leave has been used. We are looking for a nanny to work Monday through Friday with flexible hours between 8 AM - 5 PM. My husband works remotely three times a week and I work permanently remote so we have flexibility with hours. We can pick-up and drop-off our child. We have two dogs and a cat and while we don't expect pet care from the nanny, if the nanny share is to be at our house, we will require a pet friendly nanny. We would expect the nanny to change diapers, bathe, feed, play, clean up after the child.
