A little bit about us

Good morning, we are looking for a part-time nanny for our 3-month old daughter! We are a medical family, and appreciate covid cautiousness, I am a nurse and a full-time graduate student entering my last semester at VCU, and my husband is a physician, so our ideal nanny will need to have been fully vaccinated against covid (including booster if eligible) prior to starting. We need someone to care for our daughter while I am in school twice weekly. The position would start asap and end in early May when I graduate. Potential for long-term can be discussed.
-Huguenot Farms/Bon Air area of RVA
-2 days/week (could be 3 days some weeks if our nanny would like!) Unsure of exact days yet, but will be consecutive, like Tuesdays/Wednesdays, etc.
-8am-5pm for both days
-to start asap, and will end early May (when I graduate)
-Dog friendly (we have 2 pups)
-Duties: strictly baby care (diapers, feedings, playing, tummy time, holding, etc. but letting our dogs out into our fenced in back yard a couple times a day would be helpful!)
-References required with infant experience
-infant CPR certified
-covid/flu vacinated
-Pay $16-26/hr based on experience and qualifications

A little bit about us

Our new baby will arrive in April 2019 and we are overjoyed! One very important part of preparation is to find someone who can take care of him once I head back to work, around July 2019. We have a sweet little beagle who has her own doggy door, but loves to go on walks (and sleeps most of the day).

We would love to connect with another family looking to share a nanny in the immediate area. We could host at our house or at the other family's house - or divvy it up somehow. We value reading, creativity, and time outdoors and would love a nanny who enjoys the same!

I am in the military I work everyday my husband is a stay at home dad but he's also a handy man so he does work here and there so we would need those days covered. Austin is 10 months old he is very active and stays on a schedule! He loves attention and being sang to! We have another boy due in December so I will have 84 days of leave and from there we will find something more permanent. This is just a temporary thing seeing as how we just lost our daycare provider.

A little bit about us

Hi! I am an expecting mother (due date in September) and was told I needed to start looking at childcare now. I plan to take 4-5 months of maternity leave so I would likely not need service until January or February. I work for myself as a LCSW provided mental health therapy and would have to build my caseload back up which takes time. I would be looking for someone to nanny 2-3 days a week eventually but it may start off as 1 or 2 as I build back up. I work from home in a detached garage. We do not currently have any pets. Infant care experience is required. Foundational knowledge around infant/childhood development, nervous system regulation, connection based childcare, and mental health is ideal.
