The family is looking for a caregiver with strong communication capabilities who can step in and assist with nightly duties to contribute to a happy and calm evening for the entire family. The role includes weekday evening coverage and weekend care, to include date night and other supplemental coverage. The Schedule & Benefits
Weekday Evenings:
Monday through Friday, 5:00pm-8:00pm


Weekends:
Saturday evening coverage for date nights.

Key Responsibilities
Provide emotionally attuned care for a 2.5 year old and 4 month old.


Implement developmentally appropriate activities within bedtime routines each night.


Support the family with childcare related tasks and family assistant tasks to provide smooth transitions through the evening.


Assist with light household tasks that reduce the family’s mental load (kitchen cleanup, dishes, tidying play areas)


Partner respectfully with the parents to maintain continuity between authority figures.
Serve as consistent, reliable coverage during evenings and weekends
