We need consistent care staring at the end of July, but would like some intermittent care before then to try things out. Our son will be 8 months when regular care starts. My husband works from home and will be in the house during the day while care is being provided. We do have a dog, so you will need to be comfortable with or dog, as well. Hours will be 9-3:30 M-Th and some help may be needed on Fridays. We may need occasional care in the evenings or on weekends, as well.

My work schedule is fairly unpredictable but I will most of not always need someone in the early mornings(no later than 6am) until mid afternoons typically at the latest, and on monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. I am currently expecting a boy, due June 29, 2024. I plan to be on maternity leave for 4 months and then return to work, so care would start in November 2024. My mom and mother-in-law will each be taking care of the baby one day a week, and Fridays are covered due to my husband and I’s flexible work arrangements. Therefore, we need part-time care 2 days a week, for about 8 hours each day (8:30am-4:30pm). We are flexible on which days of the week those 2 days end up being. We are also flexible on things like pick-up and drop-off. My husband works from home full-time and I have a hybrid schedule.
