A little bit about us
We’re seeking a reliable, caring nanny to support our toddler for approximately 5–6 hours daily. This is a live-out position. We welcome someone who can create a warm, safe, and engaging environment while I work from home.
Responsibilities:
-Feed, change, and clean the child; ensure adequate hydration
-Lead structured activities, reading, counting, and playtime
-Help with naps
-Prepare and provide snacks and meals as needed (I usually will come out to cook her food)
-Create a positive, enriching daily routine
Schedule and logistics:
-Hours: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9:00 am–2:00 pm; Wednesday 8:30 am–2:30 pm
-Child’s nap: 11:00 am–1:00 pm
*This role does not require driving or running errands
Occasional weekend shifts may be needed with higher pay
Qualifications:
-Prior experience caring for infants and toddlers
-Comfortable with a toddler who currently eats solids
-Patient, dependable, and safety-conscious
-Comfortable around pets (we have two indoor cats)
Compensation and perks:
-Hourly rate commensurate with experience; potential increases based on performance
-Breaks during your shift; access to snacks, coffee, water, and beverages
