We are looking for a reliable, long-term nanny to care for our 23 month old in our home.
The hours are Tuesday 2:30-5:30pm, Wednesday/Thursday 8:00am-11:45am. This will change to Wednesday/Thursday 7am-12pm the week of June 17th.
We are looking for someone fun and engaging, a non-smoker and for someone who will be present and not use their cellphone during awake times. We also need someone pet friendly as we do have dogs and cats in our home.
We are located in Sacramento right by Citrus Heights.

Hello! My husband and I are looking for in-home care for our ten-month-old son, Ryland. My husband and I both work for the county and we are in need of support 8 AM to 5:30 PM Tue, Wed and Fri (hours could increase). We are looking for an experienced childcare provider and/or someone with a professional background in child development and/or mental health. We will require a clean driving record and background check, and current CPR/First Aid certification. Safety is our top priority for our little one. We are looking for someone who shares similar values to our family, including teaching and parenting methods. We do not practice corporal punishment or time outs in our home. Instead, we focus on age appropriate intervention, time in’s, and redirection. We place value on empathy and self-esteem building. Ryland loves to read, go on walks, do art, play with his Montessori-based toys, sing songs, explore outside, swim, eat, and practice standing and walking. We don’t allow screw time for Ryland (at least until he’s two). He loves visiting the local library on Thursdays for Story Time and going to the park. We are raising our boy to embrace all races, cultures and sexual orientations, so if this does not align with your personal views, we are not a good fit for you. We love our little babe fiercely and hope to find a safe, nurturing, reliable and dedicated care provider for him. I nannied for years and loved the experience. I truly felt like an extension of the family, which is what we hope to find. We look forward to speaking with you!

We’re a family of 4 with an 18 month old son and a 7 week old son. We have two dogs that are also part of the family. We are interested in a Nanny for our 7 week old on Mondays and Wednesdays. This is to help mom with baby and some light chores around the house. With the holidays coming up we would need the nanny to also watch our 18 month old as his daycare is closed during thanksgiving and Christmas time. I work in retail so my work days change every week. I am the manager so I can make my days off somewhat consistent. My partner is an individual contractor and is off on weekends. We probably need care about 1-3 days a week for 6-8 hours roughly.
My daughter is 3 months old but we won't need care until 4 months. She is absolute lovable and is just starting to learn how to roll over. She is genuinely an easy baby and we already have her bottle feeding as she is exclusively fed breast milk. Our ideal situation is joining a family that needs full time care where we can bring our daughter on the days needed. She is half Hispanic and we are wanting her to learn how to speak Spanish but that is not a requirement.
