Typical hours would be 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We are an adventurous family that loves the beach and outdoor activities. My husband and I work from home, and we are looking for a nanny to take care of our children full-time. ● Make/serve breakfast in the morning, and clear away plates.
● Help Chloe get dressed and brush her hair

● Research and plan small daily outings if no activities are scheduled for the day. Options include: trips to the library, park, beach, etc.
● Plan age-appropriate home activities, such as craft projects, workbooks, flashcards, board games, etc.
● Help facilitate quiet time (Chloe does not nap).
● Engage in pretend play and lots of conversation!
● Help us maintain gentle parenting standards

● Defrost breast milk and provide bottles at designated feeding times.
● Burp as necessary.
● Change diapers.
● Baby wear and keep the baby close while also looking after our 3-year-old.
● Promote tummy time and other age-appropriate play.
● Put down for naps at designated times when possible.
● Talk and read to as much as possible!

Hello! My husband and I live in San Clemente and are looking for a shared nanny for our daughter starting in August (she will be 5 months old then). We are originally from Chicago, but we love living near the ocean. I am returning to work in August, and we would prefer being able to share a nanny with another family. We are likely looking for 3-4 days approx 6 hours a day. I work from home so that allows a bit more flexibility, but I’m a supervising psychologist who oversees a large team so I am pretty busy on some days.
