We are looking for care 5 days a week, 8.5 hours per day - preferably 8:30-5.
We did a nanny share with our first child during covid and found that it worked well for us. We prefer to have the hosting rotate between families every two weeks.
We also have a 3 year old who is in pre-K, and a child friendly 35 lb dog. We live in a single family home in Santa Clara with a backyard around the corner from a park. Our home is clean, child safe, and climate controlled. Both parents are tech workers, and one will be working from home whenever the children are present.
As a family we are fairly easy going, but prefer to stick to a nap and feeding schedule.

I expect the nanny come to my house to help feed her, change her, and play with her while we work from home. Looking for a nanny that can work 4 days a week (8am - 6pm) each day.

The sitter must be comfortable with pets and have their own car for transportation. We have a 3-year old boy and a 2-months old girl. We need help to take care of our daughter after my son is back home from school. You will be responsible for caring the infant, engaging her in safe, age-appropriate activities, and ensuring her well-being.
