We are looking for a nanny for our 11-month-old son in Los Angeles. Some light housekeeping is required. We have a small dog. Responsibilities would also include prepping his meals, keeping his play area clean, and some cleaning and organization projects around the space. Assisting with folding and putting away his laundry would be asked from time to time. We care deeply about engagement and early childhood development. The Wintermantel Family
Los Angeles$27/hr  |  2 kids
Hello! We are looking for an experienced nanny to join our nanny share with two 2-year-old children. We have been in a share for six months now and our two families get along very well (we are long-time friends) with no issues (and our children are best buddies!). Unfortunately, our nanny is moving out of state so we are hoping to find another nanny who is a great fit for our share. This is a full-time position. The schedule is from 9:00 AM-6:00 PM Monday-Friday. Start date will be in mid-November 2020.
Since our children are getting older, we would ideally like to find a nanny who is able to create sensory and language-rich activities that build upon our children’s innate interests. A nanny with experience as a preschool/toddler teacher would probably be a good fit for us! We respect the value of education/training as well as hands-on experience caring for toddlers. We hope to find this combination in our nanny.
Our homes are in Cheviot Hills and Santa Monica (we switch homes every week).
Requirements
· Nurturing, patient, energetic, and naturally talkative with our toddlers
· At least four years of experience as a full-time nanny/preschool teacher (or similar). Willing to consider less experience if applicant holds a college degree and/or specialized training
· Education in early childhood education or related field strongly preferred
· English language fluency. A HUGE PLUS would be bilingual fluency in Japanese or Spanish
· Strong references
· Driver’s license and own car (we will reimburse mileage on the job)
· Willingness to help with light housekeeping, baby laundry, and meal preparation when our children are napping
· Must be comfortable with a small dog and cat
Compensation and Benefits
· A professional taxable salary of $25+ per hour (depending on experience/qualifications). Nanny MUST be willing to be paid "on the books."
· Paid sick time
· Two weeks paid vacation

Our ideal nanny will have experience in infant care.
The Smith Family
Venice, Los Angeles$20/hr  |  1 kid
Hello! I’m pregnant with my first, and he’s due JAN. 8. We won’t need a childcare solution till July, but looking for a great likeminded family in Venice or Santa Monica to nanny share with next year starting in July. My husband works in Santa Monica so we are open to partnering up with families either in Venice or Santa Monica. We don’t have any pets. Mainly looking for someone who can watch our son, take him to the park and on walks, and abide by the schedule we will have him on by the time I go back to work in July. So we are looking at roughly 40 hours a week, and a situation where we would trade off who hosts on certain days (so some days we would bring our son to your home, and vice versa). We also want a nanny who can make organic baby food. She should also have a driver’s license and car so she can bring the babies to the park and whatnot (ideally).
The Rosas Family
Glassell Park, Los Angeles$16/hr  |  2 kids

Our small house in Glassell Park has a big backyard for the children to grow and play. We are open to rotating homes if local. Must be okay with our two small dogs. Twin boys that will be 5 months in May.
