A little bit about us

Hi - We're looking for a nanny primarily to care for our youngest daughter, who is 18 months old. She has been in daycare for a little over a year but we are moving and changing our childcare situation. We also have an older daughter that is almost 4 who is in preschool until about 3:30 every day. We would love someone who would primarily care for our youngest and also help with our oldest at the end of day (and help with preschool pickups - the school is close to our home). We both work primarily from home so would also be around during the day.

A little bit about us

We are looking for a full time nanny to care for two young boys, a 3.5 year old and a 14 month old! They are sweet, loving, artistic and love to play! The 3.5 year old goes to school all day Monday through Friday starting again in August.

Mom and dad, are business owners, who sometimes work from home but mostly away from home. We have a laid back parenting style, giving the kids lots of love and encouraging them to explore, create, and learn. We have a super sweet miniature labordoodle who is also hypoallergenic.

This position can be live in or live out. We have a large, beautiful home in Encino with a backyard, pool, and the bedroom is totally private with attached bathroom.

The ideal candidate

We want someone who is patient, loving, kind, energetic, compassionate, and organized. It is important that you can be understanding to their emotions but still being able enforce firm boundaries. You will be assisting mom with errands, organizing, light cleaning (we have a housekeeper) and small tasks.

It is important that you enjoy children, arrange activities, encourage learning, and engage in age appropriate games.

It is a plus if you are willing to travel with the family.

The Schedule

Ideally looking for someone who is available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Occasional weekends would be a plus but not required.
