A little bit about us

My husband and I are looking for a part time nanny to care for our 3.5 year old son 3-4 days per week. We need someone to pick our son up from school some combination of at least 3 days Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday but can be flexible on which 3 days, and would welcome someone who would like to do all 4 days! Pickup is about 3pm currently and will change to 2pm in mid June. We need someone until about 5:30/6:00pm. We live in the little neck area of Virginia Beach and his school is at the oceanfront. We will pay mileage and will also contribute towards gas on top of that monthly. We do have 2 dogs who are both friendly, but they won’t need any specific care or attention. My husband works from home but has a typical office job (as in not available really unless it’s an emergency while working). I work as a Nurse Practitioner. We would love to find someone long-term if at all possible! We are most interested in finding someone who is the right fit: provides great care to our son and reliable with some possibility of sticking around the area and with our family for the longer term. With that in mind we can be somewhat flexible for the right person, for example we could also discuss flexibility in the hours and days. Please let me know if this would interest you at all and we would love to chat further!
