We have one 11 months old girl who is getting close to walking. Obviously we think she’s the best. She’s outgoing and likes waving at almost everyone she sees. She does have a food allergy and we have a EpiPen for her (not an issue to-date and an allergy she can grow out of).
We live near Lynnhaven colony. Very short walk to the beaches of the bay. Short walk to the trail that goes into First Landing State Park (with a children’s playground on the way). Walking distance to a number of restaurants and a grocery store.

Our oldest daughter has been with her nanny for over a year now and is thriving. We are looking for someone to help her continue to develop her language skills, imaginative play, and help prepare her to start preschool in January 2027. Our youngest daughter is working on her fine and gross motor skills and will be working on baby-led-weaning at the time this position starts.
I work from home, and am looking for someone comfortable with me occasionally popping in to check on the girls. Being home also enables me to continue to nurse my youngest daughter.
