We are looking for someone to take care of her at home in the afternoon (1:30-4:30pm, 2-3 times a week), to give us some time to rest.
The main responsibilities are playing with her (she always needs someone to be around her when she's awake), holding her to sleep (she still cannot fall asleep by herself during the day time), bottle feeding, and changing diaper if necessary.

We run an at home business and are with her 100% of the time. As partners, we often take turns being with her while the other focuses on the many “to-dos.” We are looking for part-time support while still being very present in our daughter’s day-to-day activities. We’re looking for someone to be her playmate and exploring partner.
We are very fortunate to live in a neighborhood well known for being a safe and magical place for children (and adults). There is an abundance of communal fruit growing year round, several play parks, various open green spaces, a pool, gardens surrounding the perimeter of the neighborhood, a gorgeous labyrinth of walkways among the most beautiful flowers, and a community center where events are always taking place. Our neighbors know us and our daughter - there is so much love here.
Quinn is a child that draws everyone in. She is thoughtful and loving. She takes a few minutes to gaze deeply and then (most of the time) breaks into a smile that melts all barriers! She is playful and funny and the most common comment we receive about her is that she is “such a happy baby!” She really is. We often remark at our luck! But it has also been so very intentional. We have worked hard to make ourselves available to her in all ways. Her needs are always met.
We’re looking for the right addition to our family. Someone with an open heart, practiced mindfulness, and a true desire to create space for healthy, empowered children (that will soon become adults!).
If this is you, we’d love to connect. Thank you for reading. Looking forward to hearing from you. Much love.
