We are seeking a nanny for our young son born in August. We would prefer someone who could help out with housekeeping (cleaning, laundry etc). We have a cat and I work from home.

We're in Highland Park and would prefer someone local.

The first 3 weeks of January we are looking for someone Monday-Thursday 8am-3pm. We have family helping January 19-February 13, and we will need someone minimum 2 days per week after that. My husband works shifts so each week would look a little bit different. Thank you!

A little bit about us

We are looking for an energetic, loving, responsible part time nanny to start with our family of four in January 2024. We are in Silverlake and are offering $20-25 an hour based on experience. We have a 4 1/2 year old son and a 2 year old daughter who are both incredibly sweet, kind, funny kids. They will both be in preschool full time during the day; we need an experienced driver (with their own car) who can pick them up, manage their afternoon activities, and bring them home. Ideally, we would love someone who can help with dinner prep and light housekeeping in relation to the kids (tidying up toys, kid's dishes, kid laundry, etc) as well as run occasional errands (pick up groceries, run to Target, etc). Our kids love to go to nearby playgrounds, meet up with friends, and go to local music/dance/gym classes. We need someone who is punctual and has a pitch-in attitude. We are looking for someone Monday-Friday 3pm - 6 pm with flexibility to work extended hours, but we’ll provide the additional hours well in advance. The ability to do occasional overnight babysitting and/or travel with us is a plus. We would like to find someone who can stay with us for a year or more.
