I am a fulltime working mama of two! And I nanny share with my Friends daughter (same age as my girl).
I am looking for a nanny Wednesdays/Fridays from 9-1pm. for 3 kiddos. (2 three year old girls and a boy who is 1.5).
Requirements:
Looking for someone that is great at handling multiple ages (as my son is 1.5). My house is set up like a daycare, with reserves behind us. I am looking for someone who is FUN and loving, is able to keep structure in there day, and do 15/20 minutes of teaching to the girls, games, circle time, lots of activities. Someone who is comfortable cooking as I will have you prepare lunch and snack for the kiddos. (Ill have everything ready its just putting it together).
We are home during the time you are with the kids just upstairs working. We love coming down and playing with everyone when we can catch a break :)
I do want someone to clean up the dishes when lunch wraps up or load the washer if its dirty. Toys/ cleanup at the end of every day (takes about 10 minutes to throw everything in bins).

The time frame is this: 6:30am-8:00am, 1:00pm-4:00pm which includes dropping off the kids at school, then picking them up at 2pm M/T/Th/F, 1:00pm Wed.
The youngest one is on the spectrum and requires structure and patience. The middle child struggles with disappointment and can be oppositional, but also thrives with someone who is all about routine and boundaries. The oldest one is very independent and rides bike to and from school.

He loves playing and being snuggled. He’s a likes his naps lately especially during his growth spurts.
He does have 4 older siblings who are in/out of the house throughout the day who actually help out a lot with him. His favorite food is beans and rice.
I’m looking for someone to be with him around [phone number hidden] days a week (weekdays) possible extra hours on weekends too if willing.
Also maybe a pick up or drop off now and than for my son to his high school if possible. Not required.
