I work from home, and will mostly be home the entire time as well.
Both Children love to be outside, our neighborhood has a pool and playground, so someone who is also comfortable potentially taking the girls swimming during the summer is plus, but not a must.
We also have a 1-year-old puppy, he is a medium/small dog. 1/2 lab, 1/2 schnauzer. He is very active as well. But VERY VERY FRIENDLY
