A little bit about us

I have a 8month old she is a sweetheart doesn’t need that much attention sleeps throughout the day . I do work from home mon-fri 8am-4:30pm. She is completely breastfeed, does eat solid foods as well but needs to be monitored. I really don’t need housekeeping house is always kept up but If I need light housekeeping I will let you know wouldn’t be anything major of course. I’m pretty laid back and so is my daughter every one loves her cause she is super easy like I mention she sleep a lot so that a plus for you to get things done for yourself . I do have pets a cat and a dog , the cat never around and the dog Is a Yorkie very friendly but I’m not asking for you to do anything when it comes to them . My 9 year old handles them and she can assist you once she arrives home after school . She doesn’t need anything at all but feel free to help her with hw . But other than that this is all for the baby I need someone to look after her

A little bit about us

We're a busy, warm family looking for a kind, reliable, energetic "mother's helper" to assist a few afternoons per week. This role would be perfect for a college student, part time sitter or anyone who genuinely enjoys being around young kids and helping a chaotic household run smoothly :)

I have 3 kids who are 4, 2 and 1 month old. Looking for mainly Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3-4 hours each day but schedule may be flexible some days. I would be home most of the time during your shift so looking for an extra set of hands to play with and supervise the kids, helping them stay engaged, helping with meal times, light tidying (picking up toys, kitchen reset after meals, switching the laundry), occasional help with meal prep and sometimes help with evening routine while I cook dinner.

I am looking for someone patient, proactive and confident handling multiple kids. I need someone reliable and communicative with prior childcare experience.

If interested, please message with your experience, availability, and a little about yourself!

How to Find an Infant Care Job in Upland, CA

If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.

What is an Infant Nanny in Upland, CA

An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this age group?
  • Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Upland, CA? Are you willing to be trained?
  • How do you handle a crying baby?
  • How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
  • What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
  • How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
  • What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?

You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
