A little bit about us
Mom is developmental psychologist with a PhD in Education Policy who is involved in significant education work, and Dad works in finance.
The kids are a very playful and happy 23 month-old boy, and an extremely precocious 5 year old girl.
We are looking for someone(s) responsible to help watch and play with the kids for two gigs (or maybe both):
(1) Weekday afternoons from ~2pm to 8pm
(2) One weekend day when our other nannies are not available
(3) Occasional fill in times later at night or as a backup.
The bulk of the job is taking care of and playing with the kids, but we also ask for light meal-prep and clean-up, as well as bed time prep.
If this sounds like a potential fit, would love to set up time to discuss and learn more about you!

Aside from pickup and drop off it’s mostly based at our home, and we have lots of indoor and outdoor toys as well as a pool to help keep everyone busy and happy!
I am a stay at home mom and my husband works from home, and those two days are when I rest and have appointments, go to yoga, etc. I love being with my kids and am a better mom when I make sure I’m caring for myself too!
We have a “gentle giant” dog who is wonderful with the kids and loves hanging out with the kids, so if you’re not a dog person this is likely not a fit.
We look forward to meeting you!!

I work fully remotely and will be starting work again in a part time capacity at the end of May. Although I will still be home, I am looking for a nanny to help me take care of Cyrus on Mondays and Tuesdays from 9AM-4PM. The scope of the work is entirely within the home (ie no drop off or pick up needed, no stroller walks needed etc.) I am looking for someone to keep him company and take care of his needs while I am working (ie playing, feeding, changing, putting down for naps, making his meals once he starts eating solids etc.)
Would love to work with someone whose interest is to grow with our family and who has prior experience working with infants.
