A little bit about us…

Build your resume with twin experience!!
😊😉🤦‍♀️

Hello! My name is Ashley. My husband Jeff and I have the most wonderful, kind, loving, spirited, twins…

Charlie (Female) and William (Male) are 3 years old. We are looking for someone that can help us with a few shifts during the work week, Monday- Friday. And weekends when needed and availability is there. The morning shift is 7:30am - 12:30pm, and the afternoon shift is 2:30- 8pm. You would be taking on the “relief” roll so being flexible is a must.

It’s important to have a person willing to:
- have fun and laugh out loud
- get down on their level to play
-be creative
-pretend
-comfortable preparing lunch or willing to learn
-comfortable changing diapers or willing to learn
-ensuring they are healthy and happy
-Get outdoors as much as possible

Suggesting some new activities would be a huge help. I would be more than happy to provide you with whatever you need to make it happen.

In all honesty, I am very laid back and although we have rules to keep the craziness to a minimum, we have fun. I believe that the person taking care of the two littles that I love so much is number 1. If the nanny isn’t happy then the kids are not going to be. So I try to do everything in my power to ensure that the happiness is flowing.

A little bit about us…

Hi there! We are a family of 5 in La Mesa. We have 2 older girls (ages 12 & 10) that we share with my husband's ex, and we have a 13 month old little boy (Josh). He just started walking about a month ago and he just loves exploring!

We are looking for child care just for Josh. It would be somewhat flexible, but are hoping for someone that can come in the mornings to early afternoon. Basically feed him breakfast, play with him for a few hours, feed him lunch and then put him down for his nap. He typically goes down between 12:30-1pm. So ideally we'd be looking for 5 hours a day, 5 days a week: Mon-Fri, 8am - 1pm.

My husband and I work from home 90% of the time, so we would be onsite and available as needed, but in a separate area of the house.

We also have a 7 month old puppy (about 40lbs), so we would like someone who is animal/dog friendly. He is a sweetheart but can occasionally get a little rambunctious with his puppy energy, so we can always keep him out of the way as needed. Although Josh does LOVE throwing the ball for him outside, so that's always an option too. :)

Additionally, we are a very covid-cautious family. We are all vaccinated and as soon as the vaccine is available to the under 5 age group, our son will be too. We would like to hire someone with a similar mindset who is also vaccinated.
