A little bit about us

We’re a loving, easygoing family looking for a reliable, nurturing nanny to care for our 6-year-old daughter. She’s creative, energetic, and loves arts & crafts, outdoor play, and reading. We’d love someone who can engage her in fun activities, help with light homework, and be a positive presence in her life. Flexibility, patience, and a passion for childcare are a must!

Our daughter, Katherine, is 8 years old, she’s bright, curious, and loves drawing, science experiments, and playing at the park. She’s friendly and responds well to caregivers who are playful but firm when needed. She’s in school during the day, so evenings/weekends would involve playtime, dinner, and bedtime routines.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–7:00 PM (after school until bedtime). Occasional weekends or date nights would be a bonus!

Responsibilities include:
School pick-up (walks home with her at 3:15 PM).
Homework help (30 mins/day) and after-school snacks.
Planning creative activities or outdoor play.
Light housework related to our daughter (e.g., tidying her room, preparing her dinner).
Bedtime routine (bath, PJs, reading together by 8 PM).
Nice-to-have: Driving license (for occasional outings) and comfort with our small, friendly dog.

We offer paid vacation days and a gas allowance..
We require CPR certification and a background check...

Looking for help once the new baby comes... looking for someone to start in September so our 2 year old can get used to you and you can get used to us and the house before new baby comes .... looking for someone to work Monday/wed/Friday — I need to go to school with my toddler for 2 hours so you would need to stay with the new baby — besides that I would be home unless running out for errands — you would just be an extra set of hands to help me with 2 kiddos

A little bit about us

Just starting to look at part time to full time options for our sweet, funny, curious (every child description lol) son Max. Turning one 10/17

He’s got the best smile and heart.

Both of us have fluctuating hours , dad at home, mom out, so it’s hard to predict and need some routine with him. We have two dogs that feel like children at times.

Would love a nanny share as I worry he needs tons of attention. We live in a great walkable neighborhood and he loves the park.

Hes a little tough to put down to bed because he needs a certain routine. But once you get it, it’s fine. Also hes 23lbs.
