We’re looking for a reliable, caring nanny to help with after-school pick-up and care for our 20-month-old twins starting in November.
Schedule: Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, 4:30–6:00 PM (set days, not flexible). Occasionally, we may need coverage on Tuesdays or Wednesdays with advance notice.
Duties: Pick up from nearby school (driving required — car seats provided), serve dinner at 5 PM, and care for the twins until parents return at 6 PM.
Pay: $26–$28/hour depending on experience.
Optional extra hour for light household tasks (pet care, tidying, laundry, restocking, etc.).
Must have a clean driving record, background check, and provide 1–2 references before the interview.

My husband and I are looking to hire a shared nanny starting in April or May 2025 for our son, who will be six months old by then. We need care for approximately 5 hours per day (9am-2 p.m.), Mon-Fri.
My husband works from home, while I go into the office about 75% of the time. Our schedules are somewhat flexible if we’re informed at least 24 hours in advance.
Care will be provided in our home in Kearny Mesa.
I’m a research scientist, and my husband is a healthcare consultant. We’re first-time parents and very excited to begin this journey with you!
