Children: 5-month-old baby
Key Responsibilities
Infant Care: Provide attentive care focusing on safety, emotional security, and developmental growth
Routine: Follow and maintain a consistent schedule for naps, bottle feedings, and wake windows
Development: Engage in age-appropriate play, including tummy time, reading, and sensory activities
Hygiene: Handle frequent diaper changes, keep the nursery tidy, and clean baby items daily
Meal Prep: Wash, sterilize, and prepare formula or breastmilk bottles. Help transition to solid foods. Note: Mom will have prepared food, so you will not have to cook
Laundry: Wash, fold, and put away the baby's clothing and bedding
Light Housekeeping tasks
Position Requirements
Infant Knowledge: Deep understanding of infant milestones, safe sleep practices, and choking hazards
Certifications: Current Infant CPR and First Aid certifications
References: Strong references from previous families; past infant care experience is a major plus
Background Check: Clear criminal background check and a clean driving record
Health: Up to date on standard vaccinations (including Tdap and the flu shot) to protect the baby

The kids love to play outside, ride bikes/scooters, go to the playground, play at the beach, etc - they are always on the go🫠.
Schedule would roughly be M-TH 8:00am-4:00pm.
Meal prep for the kids and clean up after the kids would be part of the job. You should be comfortable driving with kids so you can go to activities (using our car). We are in Clairemont.

We are seeking a Nanny share with one family. We have a nanny that’s been with us for three months. She’s absolutely wonderful!! She’s been fully vetted. (background check, vaccination, references, etc).
Her name is Iris! She’s a medical student that’s finalizing her education in the USA before starting doctoral residency. She’s brilliant.
The nannyshare will be full time at a rate of $22.00 per hour. (8AM-5PM M-F)
Responsibilities:
1) Creating a safe and stimulating environment for the children.
Bathing and dressing
2) Changing diapers.
Children’s laundry
3) Planning meals, preparing food, and/or feeding the children.
4) Arranging playdates and outings
Indoor and outdoor play.
5) Educational activities and crafts.
6) Carpooling or driving the children (if needed).
7) Reading to the children.
Organizing bedrooms/toys
8) Administering medicine with parents’ consent, if necessary.
9) Maintaining logs for the parents.
10) Light housekeeping.
