We're a happy, fun, hardworking family in Point Loma looking for a full-time nanny (35-40 hours per week; MWF 5-6 hours, T,TH 8 hours) to play with, engage and love our 10-month-old daughter. We're looking for someone who authentically loves connecting with children, and is interested in child development.
Our girl is very active (crawling), focused, & playful. She loves taking in the world, observing and learning. We need someone who will engage with her, help her as she grows in hitting key milestones like walking, feeding herself, and talking. We're really taking time to find someone who is truly invested in supporting a child and family and ideally someone who can be with us long-term, at least a year or beyond.
The ideal person would be warm, loving, patient, engaging, and connected. They’re extremely count-onable, reliable, and trustworthy. They’d treat her with the love and care that we would. We'd also love someone who can be a little flexible! We both work from home, and while days end a little earlier, sometimes we need a bit more coverage during a busy day.
