Full Job Description
Your job will be helping a super busy family :-) You will be assisting a husband + wife entrepreneur humble team + our 7 year old kid!. Tasks could include: personal and household needs, occupying our kid, pick up from school, take to his appointments, dog walking,

Required Experience:
* Bachelor degree - (advanced degree such as Ph.D. is not required)
* Experience supporting demanding executive, or executive team
* At least 4+ years experience supporting VP+ level executives (C-level support)
* Live within 15-25 min of Westlake Village.
Work Venue and Hours:
* Flexible self-directed hourly schedule. Non-household duties can be work-from-home
* Fixed requirements: Pick up kid from school 4 days a week.
* Timely responsiveness to emergency requests (infrequent)
Core Competencies + Skills:
* Tech-savvy: able to handle data entry and other repetitive tasks, devise hacks and systems to make work more efficient when possible. Expertise in Excel & ability to structure data. (Executive Assistant Role)
* Meticulous organization: utilize checklists and be super organized, great memory, and awesome at communicating.
* Active listener: asks questions, paraphrases, and clarifies unclear requests or ambiguous directions
* Ability to manage external providers and personal finances over time
Daily Typical Responsibilities:
* Travel arrangements: often complex travel scheduling and involving points/miles/award programs *I will teach you how to
* Calendaring personal time, appointments, and vacations;
* eBay/marketplace reselling, packaging of orders and returns, etc
* One small dog; dog walking and errands
* Groceries and fridge restocking
* Light housekeeping tasks – changing bulbs etc
* Coordinating repairs, working with household vendors, and be available to provide access to the house fo
