A nanny share would be ideal, as we would like to make sure our nanny is paid well, but unfortunately don’t have the budget to pay a higher hourly wage ($30-40) all by ourselves.
We would need full-time care, 5 days a week, 9 to 5, but can be flexible with hours. No pick up or drop off needed. Just being with the baby and doing some outings once in a while, like to the park or library.
We’re quite flexible and happy to discuss an arrangement that works well for everyone. Thank you for considering!
