Young couple looking for a full-time nanny Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 6:30pm to care for our 3 month old daughter, Yara.

We are a family of four that live in a single family home located in Valley Village (about 10 minutes out from Universal Studios). Our son is 2 years old and is currently in daycare Monday through Friday. Both parents have a flexible schedule that allows them to work from home most days of the week, with having to go into the office occasionally.

Duties for the nanny include:

Feeding breast milk to baby

Putting down for naps

Washing bottles and pump parts

Doing laundry for children (washing, folding, putting away)

Engaging in active playtime, sensory play, reading

Helping baby with motor development (tummy time)

Keeping the nursery tidy and organized

Going for walks in stroller


Qualifications desired:

Looking for someone that is passionate about child care versus just looking for a paycheck

Clean record, no felonies, no misdemeanors (background check will be required)

Minimum 3 to 5 years experience working with newborns or infants.

Experience working with families that have flexible schedules/work from home

CPR and first aid certified

Punctual and reliable

Owns their own vehicle and has a valid driver's license

Strong communication skills

Okay with large dogs (We have a very friendly German Shepherd)
