We’re looking for a warm, reliable nanny + housekeeper hybrid. This is a true hybrid role — not just childcare or light tidying — and requires full household support.
Childcare
Afternoon/evening help with toddler, including play, bath time, and bedtime routine.
Housekeeping (Full, Not Light)
Deep cleaning (bathrooms, kitchen, floors), laundry, folding, and daily organization. Must be comfortable with thorough, hands-on cleaning.
Cooking
Simple, healthy meals and basic meal prep (nothing fancy).
Other
Running errands (returns, groceries, etc.), light admin tasks (booking appointments or flights, basic computer help). Occassional dog walking (we have 10 lbs dog) Must be comfortable driving.
Schedule / Travel
We travel frequently, so flexibility is appreciated — whether that’s adjusting schedules when we’re away or occasionally traveling with us.
Ideal Fit
Kind, proactive, organized, and looking for a long-term role supporting both childcare and the home.

Our permanent home is in Encino but is under renovation. We are currently living in Hermosa Beach and plan to move back to Encino by the end of the year. In both houses, the nanny would have private furnished bedroom, bathroom and closet.
We both work full time and will sometimes have variable hours that require flexibility. Our baseline schedule would be 8am-6pm Monday thru Friday. Dad works from home full time and Mom works from home 1-2 days per week. We are looking for someone to work 45-50 hours per week with the potential to work additional hours in evenings/on weekends.

preschool drop-off/pick-up (clean driving record is essential)
Taking toddler to playground after school
Laundry
Light cooking
Cleaning dishes (to do with toddler/babies such as bottles, pump parts, pacifiers, etc.)
Playtime
We would love to have someone start part time immediately and transition to guaranteed full time hours Monday to Friday once the twins arrive in August
If you think you would be a good fit please provide resume and references.
