We are flexible about our house or yours or split. We will be living by the lake starting in April. We are a laid back family who enjoys outdoor time and engaging in play with our daughter. She loves to play with other children so we feel a nanny share would be a great fit.

We are proud parents of twin girls (age 21 months) and a 4 year old.
We need a nanny for our twin girls.
We currently do a nanny share with another couple that has a daughter that is 19 months old.
Our current nanny watches the twins 5 days a week from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M- Monday to Thursday. And 8:00 A.M to 5:30 P.M. on Fridays. We do a nanny share 3 of the 5 days with the other couple.
All three girls are on a good sleep schedule in which they all sleep from 12:30 to 3:00 ish. I usually cook meals for the girls at the start of the week but sometimes the nanny may have to cook meals for them. Our current nanny does light cleaning and the girls' laundry.
Most of the times the nanny share happens at our house in Oakland. But sometimes we do the nanny share at the other couple's house in San Leandro.
