A little bit about us

Hello!

We're looking for an energetic nanny who loves a lot of interaction with children. This person would have fun playing and participating in activities with our boys, and would also be responsible to stick to a routine for nap times, special learning moments, and eating.

I have 2 sons:
1) A 3 year old who is extremely advanced in communication (gifted) and has a lot of energy - loves books, art, music/dancing, playing outside. Loves crafts and painting. He loves focused play such as blocks and playdoh, and even learning moments from his pre-k book.
2) A 10.5 month old who is easy-going and full of happiness and sunshine. He loves exploring and playing outside, music/dancing, playing with big brother. He is already walking (running!) and is starting to say his first words.

We are open to nanny share OR live-in nanny.

Mom is an interior designer and dad is in IT. Mom is home about 1/3 of the time working from her computer in a separate room. Dad is in the office M-Thurs.

Nanny required to work min M-Thurs, Max M-F 8am-6pm.

Driver's license required. I have a vehicle dedicated for a nanny and we will pay for gas AND insurance for the driver (if live-in, nanny can use vehicle for local personal use). Nanny will be required to take kids to park, classes/programs, library, children's centers, etc.

Nanny occasionally to cook food, but we have food prepped for the boys 2/3 of the time.

Nanny is responsible for cleaning up after the boys during their shift. Occasionally this will include doing a load of their laundry, but mostly cleaning any dishes associated with the boys, sweeping up after their messes, picking up toys, and taking diapers out to the trash.

No pets at our house (unfortunately!).

We are interested to start the first of September.

Thanks!
