We're expecting our first child in October 2024, and we're trying to get ahead of finding a nanny/caregiver since we know it can be very difficult and we really want to find the right fit. Come early 2025 when my husband and I return to work (mid-February), we will need a nanny around 12 days per month, for 11 hours each day 6:30am-5:30 p.m. Our baby will be about 4.5 months old. Schedule will generally be Sunday-Wednesday.
